Hey New Runner here was wondering if anybody could give me tips I want to run any% category and have the reference from speed demos archive but mattmatt10111 you seem like a great runner who could inform me on some tips and tricks to help get me started thanks!

The sda run is irrelevant due to the fps. I recommend learning the routes and shortcuts for each level, finding where you can cut corners and things... There's quite a lot of shortcuts. Matt could help with some of those. OpieOP
