So I have a few questions regarding the Dungeons - New Profile speedrun.
- What is iron man mode
- What are external exp boosts
- Are you allowed to pick up items that other players have dropped
- Can you visit people Thanks!
I can answer number 1 and number 3 easily: Ironman is basically normal skyblock, but: -you can't trade/use the ah/bz or pick up items from others
This is besides the point, but I would highly recommend not running this category. You have to grind combat 15 which probably takes about 4 hours, but hey its a free wr.
To answer the remaining questions:

Xp boosts are like the mining xp bonus from Cole mayor, or opening gifts from jerry event
