Running under the first camera only causes the first 2 guards to go orange. Glass door guard sometimes doesn't use radio and immediately walks, which makes knockout nicer and quicker. While the janitor is dying, everyone enforces (bug) and the guard in the corridor spots you, that's why, despite being slightly slower than usual, i stall even more. There's a solution to that too, but i'd rather wait for a bug fix. Most of the time fire extinguisher exploded in 1 shot for me, i don't have proper explanation for it. The last throw only looks crazy, it's fairly safe. 1:54 is possible with perfect execution and the enforcement bug fixed. Base idea from Frote7's run, 1st dagger guard lure from YoGa47's run.
