Are you allowed to submit run that softlocked in?

If yes are you allowed to submit a WR run that you softlocked in?

If you have a run with a softlock in, i'm 300% sure that is not WR

For PC runs, no, you cannot softlock. The timer is being paused where it shouldn't.
