Actual Encounters (WIP)

Usually at the beginning of an encounter you have the option of attacking, shooting with laser, communicating and escaping.
- Shooting with laser will eliminate the target with no consequences, and you will find between 2 and 4 Food in the rubble, now denoted as (RNG Food)
- Regular Attack may (?) eliminate the Target, you may suffer Health damage, (+ RNG Food)
- Escaping will (usually) avoid the encounter and cost 1 Fuel
- Communicating can lead to Trading or other actions specific to the encounter.

Anomalies (WIP)

As observed so far, the cutscene is independent of the content of the anomaly

Anomalies can be entered (Effect) or escaped (-1 Fuel)

Possible Effect outcomes:

General Overview and Hints (WiP, will be constantly updated)

The Game starts with the following balance of resources:
30 Food, 8 Fuel, 1 Battery, 80% Health, Status:Drunk

Travelling in space costs 1 Unit of food per moved unit of distance (dots) or 5% Health if you have run out of food.
There is a random chance of an "ad" appearing while travelling with 0 Food, which will recover 5 food when watching.
Travelling in space does NOT consume fuel or battery.

Fuel is required to land and take off from planets, ignore anomalies and escape encounters

Battery is mostly required for attacking with guaranteed victory and no health loss (as opposed to regular attacks, which may fail and cost health).

Between Planets, you can encounter Anomalies, Objects, Space Stations or other Vessels

Status Effects:
Drunk (probably can't be cured)
Cursed (removed by eye)
Diseased (-5 Health per dot, removed by snake oil)

First Aid Kit: +20 Health (From Traders or Space station Medical Towers)
Eye: removes curse
Snake Oil: Full heal, removes Disease
Egg: +1 Food when consuming, can hatch randomly at any time.

Quick notes for each of the categories.
In general, be sure to know when to click on an option (and how to bring up the options mid cutscene with the arrow in the bottom right corner) and when to skip a cutscene. Very Helpful on Victorika for example.



Hat%:
Depending on the trader, the hat can be bought with Food, Fuel, or Battery, so if you don't have that resource, the trade won't show up even if the trader has the Hat. In other words, be sure to always have AT LEAST 4 food, 2 fuel and 1 battery before obtaining the hat.
Skip all encounters and planets while you have the minimal resources. Once you have the hat, again, skip all encounters and planets. Prioritize food, as it is required for travel.

Any%: 
Prioritise food over everything. Fish out the cookies, rest is up to you. Avoid Anomalies.
Be sure to land on Purple haze and Victorika and play them in the recommended order:
PH: Left, Brown, Food, Up, Steal, Down-Right
Victorika: Energy, Food, Agree, Accept, Trade, Agree, Laser, Leave
Bipolaria: only if you have a huge surplus of fuel. Go to temple first, then build snowman. If you want to get blue, pay with health, not with battery, as you can regain health by building a snowman.
Land on Broccoli if you have 1 battery, Full health, or the Box of tiny People. Then forage, rest, and kill with laser if discovered.
Holas Holas: Avoid if possible. Only worth it if you find enough fuel.
Planet 69: Not worth it for any%

Encounters%: Prioritise fuel, but don't disregard food. You need fuel for the space-stations and planets.
If you have enough health, shoot down encounters you can't profit from (like the guy who wants enslave you), to at least get food and possibly a battery out of it.

Travelling between 2 Dots or between a dot and a planet will be called a step, and every step consumes 1 Food.
