I personally give it a 6/10 since they removed the “comments likes given” and “comments likes received” from your profile. But there’s also a feature to make a group chat with up to 8 people so that’s good.

8/10 I like the update, everything is a good change but i don't like that there's a few bugs and also they removed the "info" button from the users profiles so i can't see info i liked to see like last time online for example

If you care about the "likes received" statistic, you REALLY need to go outside.

I wouldn’t say the layout is horrendous, I would argue that it’s better than the old one. The problem is that they didn’t test is out with the community before releasing it. There are way too many bugs, glitches, things missed out, and slow load times.

5/10. Only good things about it are group chats and seeing how much actual time the game has had. That makes games like https://www.speedrun.com/multimario hilarious.

By the way, @Merl_ I just touched grass. I loved the feeling of it.

3/10. Who thought that having the giant game covers makes it easier to navigate instead of a simple small dropdown list of the game names. on 100% zoom it seems like nothing fits normally on the screen properly anymore. Cool that it's modernizing but this is not great.

Another thing to mention is that I'm a verifier in Moto X3M Category Extensions, but I have the same amount of power as the super mod, Jabber47. It just makes it feel not special to be different ranks of moderation.

2/10 — No new features were added that I want and features I used to use are now gone. This was a bad update.

@SkittlesCat Because while some of the changes that were made I do not care for—such as the new history viewer—I recognize that they will have utility for others.

3/10 very confusing, harder to submit games/series, some parts of it are buggy, new random game button makes it easier to find games, harder to see why games were rejected by verifiers and mods, the list goes on and on

2/10 at launch, 4/10 after the bug fixes I've seen so far, no idea why they did zero testing. Let people opt in to a beta version of the site, many people will do it for free! Bizarre decision-making.

Previously the streaming page would allow you to filter by country and also had an option for whether they had a PB in the game they were currently playing or not.

Currently with the new update the streaming page allows zero filtering so it's just one big unorganised mess that sorts with view count and nothing else. This makes trying to find a stream in a certain language quite obnoxious. Adding back the filters would be great.

1/10. The consistent ignorance of asking users whether they want to switch to a new layout instead of just forcing it on them multiple times is already crossing the line. I despise how each game now shows up to 100 runs per page instead of the infinite number it used to be from 2022 and earlier. The "Latest Threads" Feature is unnecessary to me as you can just click on the Forums and see if there is always something new.

The game's cover, unless it's a very specific size, is now cropped and can cover up a good size of the whole game's artwork.

Not to mention the moderator icons now show the avatars which are also cropped...

Good god, I'm seriously considering just deleting my account and creating a portfolio of my own. I'll give it one more chance, but if they change something yet again and it becomes unfavorable, I will be leaving speedrun.com permanently.
