Minimum PC version
Hello,
Are submitted speed runs that use a version below 1.04 considered valid or does the game need to be at a minimum of 1.04?
Base Patch is only for console, since console doesn't have a legit way to downpatch specific versions. You can use previous versions for 1.04, but those previous versions have a ton of technical issues compared to 1.04 so I don't recommend it
