Reden: This run was rejected because it didn't include an FPS counter, which is mandatory. If you are using a 3rd party program like DXtory, then that can be used. Keep in mind that if you are using a Game Capture window in OBS the FPS counter usually wont show, so using a window capture is reccomended. The reason this is a rule, is because the Creation Engine that Fallout 4 uses has an in game clock that is based on the FPS count, and if the game is running at more than 60fps, then the game speed will increase. Therefore this rule is implemented so the playing field is even with strong and weaker computers.

Overall a pretty sloppy run, but it is a PB for me.
