My livesplit decided to not show up on obs until i checked during the cutscene, i apologize. I retimed it to 8m50s067ms using the yt-frame-timer but im unsure if i did it correctly. If theres any issues, let me know, ty.

i realize that a lot of people arent even in the discord and probably will not see anything new with the game rules, so i am reposting it here in the news tab for everyone to see
- Runs will allow the use of a seeded save file. The only application currently is in Purge Event due to the Taxi Driver
