A big improvement over my previous run for this mission. Biggest change was going out the window in the top right room instead of backtracking. The timing to drop and shoot into the window is pretty tight (and swag!), but blowing the window with a breach charge is a safer and barely slower alternative. A few minor mistakes means a 1:11 is possible and potentially even a 1:10.
