In the maze section of the baron’s palace, three rooms after the first rotating laser pillar, you’ll find a room with a dirt floor. The vase in that room seems empty, but breaking it actually spawns an orb in an upcoming room featuring two Metal Klaws and another vase. You don’t have to break that second vase, only brush against it to collect the orb.
