Time on LiveSplit was 24.83 so I don't think I can improve this. Getting a 25 isn't too difficult with the last four EX attacks but I noticed pretty quickly that 24 has to be possible so I couldn't give up. Coming up with this strat took forever, there might be other ways to get 24. The first two EX attack don't do double damage I use them to reach the second phase faster for earlier double damage. I don't think I can save time regular and expert with this because the Super II animation stops the in-game timer and there are limited ways to save time in the first two phases.
