Hi guys! Lily here, and yes I changed my account.

I finally came back from hiatus and will continue to moderate runs. (With some small changes, of course.)

Here are the changes:

• Rewrote some parts of the rules to make them more understandable
• Fixed the low quality background
• Updated a few resources and guides
