There's probably some trick/glitch we haven't found that might help us closer to it. But that's very fast and a lot of time that needs to be saved

There is already an active tasing community for this game, and most of the levels in the game are pretty optimized, although of course there could still be time to save. The tas gets 1:35.33. So to answer your question we have been testing this for quite a while, and even then the tas still isn't sub 1:30. To get a 1:06, you'd either need to find a completely massive gamebreaking trick or you'd need to optimize to the point where every level is almost as fast as 2100. I don't know why you think 1:06 specifically is possible, but if you have a discovery that you think might help tasing, feel free to join the celeste classic discord and let us know what it is.

If you added all the IL wr times together that is not the same as the optimal full game run. The Il times don't account for the amount of time it takes for madeline to spawn in a level and also the fastest time for 2200m involves skipping the gem, but you need the gem to do the later levels optimally. If there is another reason you though this though, you should really join the discord.

Ok 1:06 is the time you get from adding all of the IL WRs up.

As I already said this would be faster than the best possible time with current knowledge as it doesn't account for non-chestskip 2200 and spawn time.

I believe all the spawn time added up is around 27 seconds so that's why it's such a big difference from the current WR or TAS.
