can i use a ps3 emulator for this game is it allowed?

I think emulators were banned by Deln before I became a mod but I can't find that in the rules, hence why there's no category for it. But I think if it will allow you to run the game and you don't have any alternative then sure, I'll allow it, unless the other mod strongly disagrees. But I encourage you to run the game on console if you can.
