I found the level select code very complicated, and it needs to be done with the controller 2.

So I've decided to make a rom hack to enable it by default an use the controller 1

- on the title screen, press any directional key (e.g. up) and you will see a "1" next to rikky's pinky finger
- press up and down to change the level
- increase live after death (instead of loosing) to practice many time
- reduce time for the chapter screen (red screen with life displayed)
