Very good question, I totally forgot about the 2 new classes.

For the Guitar class I think the end of the Tutorial would be when you talk with "Knight Blacksmith Analisa" because there you finish the Quest "Final Training III".

For the Dragonista it could be the moment you are finished with the Quests in her starting area but i don't know exactly.
