Previously, the leaderboard structure had 3 categories - Any%, Any% (Restricted), & Glitchless.

Here's the new format, with the Any% category having two sub-categories, Unrestricted and Restricted (containing the old runs for Any% and Any% Restricted). The runs from the Glitchless category have now been moved under the All Chapters category with the Glitchless sub-category. This also allowed us to create an unrestricted All Chapters option, which is currently being routed in the community discord :)

This change allows us to keep each ruleset/playstyle for any new categories we want to add in the future, such as All Chapters (already visible on the board) or 100% which are both being routed right now.
