Added LiveSplit script for Arx Libertatis 1.2.1

Load removal and auto-splitting has been added for Arx Libertatis version 1.2.1, please note that because Glitchless has a slightly different route, the autosplitter is not designed to work with it just yet.
Load removal works as intended.
