The fastest skip at the time was the Rock Skip, but as I was doing Time Trials to get achievements, I found that you can skip essentially the whole level by jumping over the black hole after the first check point. From initial implementation, this skip can save >10 sec. So already Any% is being greatly optimized. I'll link a video showing a comparison between the two to demonstrate. :)
