New PB with a few added exploits that were not in the previous run :
-Mission 2 is completely skipped
-Mission 3 is done by cutting the mission in half with a heliport (probably the hardest mission in the run)
-Mission 7 is cut down with a heliport and a well placed Mortar so he can survive.
It's not in this PB, but Mission 9 will be cut down in later PBs. I found a trick that saves around 9 minutes.
