Wrastor - full hop into shine repeated until 70% then up strong.

Teams - focus on Ranno first because your teammate can deal a lot of damage to Clairen. Combo Ranno with short hop shine repeated because Ranno is heavier than Wrastor.

Kragg is super easy, fireball into uair shine repeated then strong hit fair until off the ledge. Fair off the side and clipping his recovery is much more consistent than dair to stage spike where Kragg has his rock wall to save him.

Honestly I messed up targets, but I'm sure there is a more optimal route

Fleet is fleet, build up some percent, get her off stage but her AI likes to crouch cancel and shield grab so be careful about the dair to shine combo. You need to play safer around her shield.

The herd is simple, always start with down special and run up up strong. From there its dealing with them one on one. I might experiment with down strong more in future attempts.

I lost SO MUCH time on Forsburn but you can gimp him if you run at him fair, shine, fair, then shine him with the perfect angle. In previous attempts I managed to kill Forsburn in 9 seconds from that combo but getting the perfect RNG for that is hard.

I've also managed to get 19 seconds on orcane, but getting the gimp set up with shine is inconsistent. The kill I got in this run was similar to the 19 seconds one except I hadn't even broken his shield yet and had better angles with the shines in the fast run.

Overall impressions, hard mode is hard, but this was the result of about 5 hours worth of runs. With my sum of bests sub 2 minutes is doable with a perfect run. I've entered Orcane at 2:30 in one of my fastest attempts where I died 3 times and completely lost that run but sub 3 minutes could even be doable with a not so perfect run.
