Hey there!
I would like to talk to you about possible outcomes that you might have with your Musican carrer!
There are 2 types of RNG's - bad or good. And there are also some RNG categories:
- Good, Bad News RNG
- Good, Bad Song RNG
- Song Production RNG
- Good, Bad Random Events RNG
- Good, Bad Court RNG
News RNG is randomized and you can have many news popping up from different labels but you might have only few.
Song RNG is your starting song. Even if you have Production at 99% and Writing at the highest possible value too it is not guarenteed to have a banger first song. You might even end up with 1 Star 1 Heart song! But don't give up, because those bad RNG's usually have faster Producing speed (so your character produce songs more quicker)
Song Production RNG as i explained above, it is also randomized and you can produce 1 or 2 songs in a row and these might be good songs, or totally trash songs or other way around, your character will not produce any songs for a long time even with the high "Attitude" and "Happiness" stats.
Random Events RNG is helpful and sometimes not helpful. Sometimes boss of The Underground will bother you about scheduling concert venues so you lose a little bit of the time. Or with his crappy deadlines that he'll give you. However, you might get approached by some artist and they would want to write you a song. You can agree on deny. If you agree, there's a small chance that this character will write a very good song (today when speedrunning i tried it and he wrote me 5 Star and 5 heart song) so it is up to you whatever you choose. Also a tribute concert might happen so there would be another cutscene with your boss that he'll beg you to play on a tribute concert if you have a popular song / songs
Court RNG - This might also go both sides. You might get sued by some douche for "abuse" or other things or you might get sued for "Free Samples". Free Samples court case might actually be helpful! Because even if you lose, your song might still re-release (and idk if re-release will happen if you already released the same song before, or didn't) it happened to me multiple times and in that you can still boost your song in the charts and you can even get number 1.
Another MDickie game is here! Now it's time for the most underrated game: Popscene Track 2! You go inside the boots of an upcoming musician, and your goal is to bec
