Could there be a new category: Glitchless, No damage, No items

This is basically finishing the game with no damage even in Tutorial, and no items even if from the "?" tile or a boss that you cannot choose

No items needs some workshopping because it’s prohibits skull levels, but I do like the idea of a hardcore no damage run

Or then maybe no shop and "?" items but keep skulls. Would need to check all the videos well to make sure though
