You can maintain speed by bunnyhopping. (holding space)
You gain a bunch of initial speed if you sprint right at the start and when you jump down a slope.
You dont need to sprint during the bunnyhops. Most of the time its a waste of stamina because sprinting in the air doesnt make you faster.
You can cross large distances if you jump off a slope while eating stamina shrooms . Ofc picking up shoes and jetpacks can also help a bunch. Just dont pick up too many jetpacks, as having too many will make your jump higher than you need it to be.
