After watching a PC run it looks like you can skip all major cut scenes so if anyone could tell me where they got it that would be appreciated!

I got a dvd of the game from Amazon.

Do you do anything special to skip them or does it work like normal

All i had to do was press space to skip them

For people on PC you should be expecting a few new ships. There is already one entirely new glitch, so be on the look out for route changes etc...

Side topic does anyone play the game in windowed mode and if so how do you do it?

If you want to change to window mode, right click the game and open properties, then go to the shortcut tap where there is an option to run the game in normal or window.
