I'm interested in running this game but I don't get the categories at all since there are not as many EMU runs as I wish so I can see which EMUs were used and how were they submitted. So I'm thinking on using RetroArch and submit it as "Other PC [EMU]".

Is that right? Is that the proper way to submit runs?

Yes, that would be the correct category.

Basically you have the Steam version, which is a bad port that runs at different speeds depending on your OS, but is popular so it gets it's own category.

Then you have WinKawaks, that allows overclocking of the NeoGeo cpu, which makes the game run faster/without lag. Its convenient and popular, so again it gets it's own category.

Then you have Arcade, which is meant for real hardware (Arcade cabinet and NeoGeo home console), and also allows emulators that we have specifically determined to be very faithful (MAME, WolfMAME, FBA, FBN).

And finally there is the Other category which has everything else, either because we didn't test it or because it works in a weird way.

I was told about the slower speed on RetroArch so I tried WinKawaks but it doesn't detect the rom, I need to figure it out. The only EMU I know how to setup is NeoRAGEx but I don't see EMU runs using it. I'll try the once you suggested: MAME WolfMAME FBA and FBN and see how they go.
