Hello runner! I decided to write this guide mostly based on BazookaBob's run. I played the game following his steps and tried to change some things but so far it seems to be the wisest route possible.
So I'll write them down here, with some notes that I took from playing the game by myself. It's not an in-depth guide. The game has A LOT of RNG, from the beginning to the very end so I'll write some relevant notes I made here.
***STARTING THE GAME ***
Questionnaire to start with Hare/Gali/Naga RNG INVOLVED HERE YES, YES, NO, NO, YES(16x) Keep in mind that if you're practicing on Emulator, you have to make a SaveState before the questionnaire screen, otherwise you might waste some time at the first question, and a Suezo will replace your Naga.

Why Hare, Gali, and Naga? Naga has Counter, a decent HP and is easier to obtain this way. Gali because has powerful INT moves, which helps against Golem and Zilla and also because you don't want to play another tournament only to get him.
NOTE #0 - Toy is going to give you a bunch of Skill Cards, look for Loud Voice and High Damage movements for your Hare. Loud Voice is good against Stall Decks and opponents that always has 1 or 2 cards in hand. NOTE #1 - If you're going for quick matches, with high damage, consider changing Gali/Naga for Golem. He has base HP 9 and insane damage, but can't do anything against INT moves and can't block more than 5 POW damage. (You'll have less INT moves if you replace Gali, but you'll have 1 extra HP for your team) NOTE #2 - Now consider replacing your Gali/Naga for Durahan. Durahan skills are cheap yet very effective. It can kill a big part of enemies with 1 move and has a 4-mana 5-damage undodgeable. NOTE #3 - Replace one of your monsters with Henger. The last monster you add to your team will be on average, more focused by your opponents and Henger has many dodges, it's a tiny advantage that you can take in your favor to make your run more successful. But think well, everything depends on the cards you get and your playstyle.
Another relevant thing: Your opponent knows the cards you have in hand... so sometimes you'll save a juicy Dodge, but that monster is never going to be attacked until you get rid of that dodge. You'll notice when they do this and you can either keep or get rid of that card to manipulate your opponent.
I guess that's it for today. Thank you very much for reading and I hope this helps you!
