I'm really interested in running this game, but I'd prefer to play the Definitive Edition due to similarities with steam's Mad Father, which I already have experience with.

Would a mod be able to make categories for Definitive Edition or would that require a new page to be made for it?

I'd suggest to request the Definitive Edition to be its own game since that's what it technically is.
