d-walker plus trickshot = win
Finally, after over a year, I was able to come up with something to beat OCM's record... a really hard shot. You can't shoot to early otherwise you'll hit the ground before you can do the jump. You can't shoot to late otherwise it'll hit the side of the building, knocking you out mid jump. You need to aim on the right spot and shoot as soon as you see the window.
The only question is: sub 17 when?
