Mod Note: Retimed (Start Frame: 157, End Frame: 1429, FPS: 30, Total Time: 0:42.400), did the instance freeze mid world creation when it got a world on the other one and so when you closed it, it continued the world creation?

After completing a Top Run (Top 5 Main Category/1st ILs), you must exit the world and go to the main menu.
For top Windows runners, you still have to do PowerShell verification.
