I've wanted to speedrun Minecraft on my phone for a bit and after finding how to downgrade my version I decided to start practicing. I connected my Xbox controller via Bluetooth and I started practicing but then when I turned to look at the tree to punch for wood my controller started to drift. I got it to stop. Then I started running and jumping then was trying to place blocks I kept jumping. My controller has never done this when playing games on my Xbox only when playing Minecraft on my phone and I did disconnect it and reconnect it and restarted my phone but nothing was working. I hope someone is able to help me with this. Thanks for reading
So it must be a problem with your microprocessor. I have the same thing with my Nintendo switch controller.
I also have the same problem with my Nintendo joy cons I've had two sets of joy cons and an actual controller do it but i'm not sure why
that is exactly the same problem i have with my xbox controller i'll try the same thing
If you are connecting a controller via bluetooth then you need to use a third party application to prevent delay, I had the same issue with a DS4 bluetooth controller. For Android, you can use Bluetooth Auto Connect, but idk about IOS.
If joy cons are a problem, just get a pro con. Seriously, it feels a lot better in your hands.
on bedrock edition dead zone is so bad, its very low thats usually why people have drift on bedrock edition, its just a normal thing on this game ()
This has nothing to do with microprocessors or the like, the problem is simply that you likely have some dirt or dust stuck under your analog stick.
sometimes it will happen with my a and b button making me jump while spinning uncontrollably
