Replace the prefs.cs and pref.cs.dso files in your marble/client folder with this pref.cs file to have all top 3 times set to 00:00.000 thus avoiding the extra Best Time window pop up. Additionally, this wipes your progress and forces you to start at level 1 of each difficulty so you don't have to manually do it every time.
