Slight retiming change

Fullgame retiming rules have been changed due to game lag happening while playing the game so I have slightly changed the rules to make it fair
Community decision
So it has been a couple a months since level 6-200 were archived since it’s a new year I want to know if yall would like to be able to submit to these levels again.
By March depending how many want the levels back up will either be restored or stayed as is.
