Dear runners,

after having more activity on the board, we decided to adjust the rules to be more precise. Please check them out and make sure your future runs do not violate them. Also let us know if there is anything left unclear or you think another adjustment is needed.

We also renamed the "Major Glitches" category to "Any%".

Existing runs in the NMG categories will stay valid, even if they do not match the new rules. As there wouldn't be any placement changes by applying the new rules, we do not see a reason to take hands on.

The runs in Any% will be retimed so they match the new rules. Here we don't have any choice, because the actual WR is a bit shorter due to the timing at the appearance of the text boxes rather than the fade out.

We also added miliseconds to the board, mainly for Any%, because of its shortness. We see a big potential in having multiple runs finishing in the same second, so we need to be more precise here. The other categories will stick without ms, also there is now the possibility to add them. If they are given, we will cut them off, so there will be no change for you.
