Tool: Patch v1.1

I found there was a patch v1.1 recently and did some testing, it seems to run slightly better with less crashing although more testing would be handy. I've left a link to the patch, I'll probably try and do some runs with this patch soon.

Some new research has been done into Death Glitch, but we need more help figuring out how to take advantage of it.
