As of today. Runs that meet the video requirement threshold have to include a bit of the loading screen before entering the level. This is to accommodate for the new rule "Timing starts on the frame that the loading screen stops...." This decision was made so that runs could be more precisely timed!

What will happened to old runs? Old runs will slowly be updated over time. The description of the run will be updated to make it clear that this run has been updated to the new rule.

What if an old run didn't include the loading part in the video? (Most videos/runs don't have this problem). One second will be added to those runs. This won't result in anyone losing a WR.
