Finally got sub 2 hours so I'm gonna leave it here unless someone else beats it. Obviously there are some errors in the run so with fixing them and better gear RNG I reckon there is 5-10 minutes still to save but then you would be approaching the fastest possible time. I guess it's also worth investigating other classes/builds in case there is a faster one but I can't picture what it would be.
