V(oice)O(ver) localization
Hello, experienced speedrunners, I would want to ask one question about voice localization. I'm playing on 1.0.0.5 and it has Russian Voice folder(left4dead_russian) and I've just got a question: Since rules PROHIBIT using sound mods, do official translated voice lines count as mod or not?
L4D v1005 originally has no russian voiceover, although there's an option in audio settings. But afaik all the official voiceovers are allowed (i know burningdesire uses rus voice lines in L4D2 v2000).
Minor rule changes/clarifications
Hey everyone, some minor changes to the rules - solely to clarify things/change wording, no rules actually "changed" (at least not in any way that will be relevant to 99.9% of people):
