i was wondering what items you guys are looking for in the first floor to commit to that run

I usually try to get Double Trouble at 1-1 or 1-2, once i get it i will try to continue the run and finish it. The best you can do is hoping for good map rng once you get DT.

If you think you are bad with DT, try to do runs with it at 2-2 and stuff to get used to the double damage that you do and recieve.

Like Qunur said, Double Trouble is great. I usually commit to a run regardless of DT or not but I almost always try to get absorption coil, DT or the evade leaf before 1-3

eh really? i look for some other items besides dt in the first floor like glass canon or secret wild card

Anything that does damage or helps your charge your signature faster including arcana that does multiple hits or that you can cast quickly.
