I'm not arguing about doing what they said.
You're violating specific community rules (the ones I stated).
You aren't the voice of the community at all - which is why people are angry with your management.
Even the FPS thing is trivial to solve, I don't know why you keep harping on it.
People are actively deciding not to contribute to this page if speedrun.com doesn't do anything about this - so not sure how you're the best person to speak for the community at this point given that there will be no community with you here.
I don't care about being the super mod, I'm speaking for the community when I say that nobody wants you to be one - regardless of your technical expertise of the platform.
Frankly I'm assuming this is an elaborate troll or scam or something so I won't engage further.
Running below a certain framerate can cause glitches which is not appropriate for "glitchless".
Boden was referring to an obvious hyperbolic joke by one of the discord members - which even in your images is obvious.
Snowi was asking you to relinquish the super mod status - how is that a threat? They even said they are "kindly asking you".
It's not that you didn't do it, it's that:
-
you are not part of the community at all (which is a requirement to be a mod). You literally joined yesterday.
-
you are not responsive
-
you are rude when people have questions about your reasoning or motives
-
it's not clear whether or not you even play the game, otherwise you wouldn't have questions about the fps limit thing, and you wouldn't have omitted the NG+ category until asked
-
You've required all decisions to go through you even though mod rules say that you don't own the leaderboard, you are a voice of the community: https://www.speedrun.com/support/learn/moderation-rules
-
you've managed to cause more drama in my discord in a few hours, than the entire 4-5 years that I've been operating it.
Not sure what your angle is, but I hope speedrun.com support can resolve this.
How do you do the air jump consistently? Need to know for bug fixing lol
Not bad. But I have to reject it.
The video title is 4:35:234, the submission is 4:38:234, and the record is actually 4:53:234. Might want to make all these consistent to the video. Also just include the final run, you don't have to include the first few failed runs. And rules require audio to be recorded - I can let that slide this time, but for next submissions, Please include sound next time - it prevents video splicing cheats.
Can you resubmit with correct times?
Technically those aren't really glitches, just implementation loopholes maybe?
Just FYI I will be changing the glitchless category rules soon because nobody has found any real glitches yet per se.
Please submit to any% for now!
