It's called trophy-duping, and is unfortunately only doable on PC. It can be done by having the "use" action bound to multiple keys and pressing them at the same time as you pick up a trophy, or more effectively binding it to scrollwheeldown (or up). Doing it either of these two ways requires you to edit the UserInput.ini, but we have a guide for it here https://www.speedrun.com/arkhamasylum/guides/ng47r

In Low%, our goal is to beat the game as fast as possible whilst maintaining the lowest possible completion percentage on the savefile. As a result, we do not collect any riddles, buy any upgrades, and skip getting gadgets where possible. FullyAutomato had already completed this run in late 2018, and it was actually on the leaderboards for a short period of time, serving as the main inspiration for this. Needless to say, many new things have been discovered since then, but even still they only make the run slightly easier.
Now Low% is segmented out of necessity. Even ignoring the two skips that need to be executed first try to avoid softlocking the game, the entire run is comprised of really difficult tricks, which could easily take hours of attempts on their own. Because of this, my main concern was getting a presentable run, not optimising every segment to their fullest extent.
A link to the original run by FullyAutomato is provided in the video description.
Please ensure the beginning of the run is properly captured in future submissions
Nooob%, well No Out Of Bounds as it is aptly known as in 1:13:18 By elite1608
I originally tried this in City, however I soon realised that virtually every skip relies on going out of bounds someway, soon after I tried it in this. The run is very reminiscent of the 2017/2018 route, or pre-Batclaw skip route, we still do Doctor skip, Bell skip, a variation of Botanical skip, and sadly we have to do the Elevator titan skip that we already do in NMS. While most of the strats used aren't terribly inconsistent, I was having a lot of trouble with the latter ones, and so decided to segment the whole thing for a more entertaining watch, thus, this run was born.
This thread will serve to list segmented, or otherwise notable runs, that don't fit the regular leaderboard format.
PC at 62fps for the optimal loading, besides that there is no difference in route between the two.
Hi guys, I found a small skip in the sprinkler section of Male Ward. You essentially just skip going through the debris and running past all the bath tubs and instead go straight to the second valve by using a wallride.
You do a wallride, turn around and run, then look back while running to deload the level so you can get into the second valve room. I found it to be a little bit tricky, and by my timing it saves just 7s-ish.
