Is there a list of jobs for speedrunning Cayo Perico?

Am I allowed to use widescreen fix for the category of Raid% to make the game windowed?

Are we able to speedrun l4d2 without bunnyhopping? Basically, I want to use skips, shortcuts, and tricks (such as common boosts). I say this because I can't bhop for now (hopefully in the future). I may try to bhop every once in a while in runs, though.

I'm just wondering if there is an age requirement for speedrunning left 4 dead 2. I'm 16 (gonna turn 17 in November) btw.
