Howdy all! I have multiple times talked about coming back to this game, but usually fall off again due to the lack of community. Therefore I have set up a Discord server for anyone interested: https://discord.gg/cpFPFS7VpM It's still a work in progress, and I won't have too much time to set it up nicely this weekend, but the next two weeks I have a lot of free time, to both make it nice, and maybe do some de-rusting! Let's give this game some love again!

Hello everyone!
Even though this game hasn't really had any action in a few years, it's always stirred in the back of my mind. I would love to see this came thrive as the amazing speedgame I know it can be. On that note, I'm considering a comeback after all this time, and did a test run that was surprisingly sub-30!
If I decide to do more regular runs, I think I'd want to clean up the categories. Right now we have any%, 100%, all hats, and all levels. I propose that we get rid of "all hats" and "all levels" as you do a regular any% within the all levels, and all hats was included because someone (honestly can't remember who) didn't like the user levels at the end of the 100% category.
It seems really weird to get an any% PB, but you can't celebrate because you still have the bonus + user created levels to go.
If you have any objections, feel free to air your thoughts in this thread. If noone is against this decision by the 1st of April, I take it as a sign, that I can do some spring cleaning.
Notter is a rather small game, so having 4 categories, where half of them are nested in the others, seem really weird to me.
Lots of speedy love

Although the community is rather in-active atm, I'm just putting this up here in case somebody comes by that can help out. The problem I'm facing is load times. I have a feeling that not only does the load time vary from computer to computer, but during a level, the next level loads. This means that for some levels, the time you take to beat the level is faster than the load time for the next level, so f.eks. it doesn't matter if you beat the level in 3 or 5 seconds, the next level will always load after 6 seconds. This makes the speedrun very... not speedrunny, if that makes any sense. Now... If anyone has ANY experience with making an autosplitter or knows someone who has and is willing to make one for this game, it would be HUGELY appreciated, and could make the game very nice to run. Best regards WarDrums
So my situation is this: This weekend (26th-27th) I will be running Undertale at the Time-Attack Roulette marathon. This is a special kind of marathon where all the runners submit games they run themselves, then the rest draws among them to see which game they get. They then have around a week to practice before the marathon starts. As you can probably guess, I drew Undertale (submitted by jdlinkmaster). Now I need some help getting started. I've played through the game 1½ times (didn't finish the second one :P ) and watched a bit of some actual runs. I think i'm going to run Neutral, but if you guys recommend doing a different category that might be easier to get into let me know. Also, which tricks and glitches should I focus on trying to get down before the marathon, and what would be a good goal time for me to try and go for? Thanks in advance <3
