I was wondering if the NTSC filter in Nestopia would be allowed, I found it makes the game run smoother for me and I just really like the look. I apologize if this has been asked and answered a lot but I figured I should make sure before doing any runs with it

I wonder this because the rules don't say that it is or isn't allowed. When I get the answer can a mod block more answers to this because don't want one of the times a thread gets too many answers and have people notifications being spammed with this thread

I am just wondering if submitting multiple runs of a category looks suspicious to moderators? I submitted 3 Minus World Ending runs (kept breaking my PB) and wondering if that makes my account suspicious and or if it makes it take longer to be approved?
