I am a new speedrunner, I was about to submit my first speedrun but there's a RTA and LRT. I cant understand what these mean and are they really important or not. So can anyone explain these to me. Another question if I have issues using timer applications, can I just use a greenscreen timer from Youtube which is aligned with the video. thanks
