Sorry. Any% Glitchless* but can't edit the thread title.

I came across an original GBC and got an original Yellow cartridge and tried doing the Nidoran manipulation but am having zero luck getting it to work. Everything is original on the Gameboy Color and I checked the cartridge to make sure it's not a reproduction. Battery was recently replaced as well.

I try doing the manip, and encounter a level 5 pidgey on the tile before the nidoran encounter if that helps any.

I haven't seen anyone do the run on original hardware, though, so I'm wondering if the manipulation doesn't work on it for some reason?
