You can skip cutscenes in a run. Though timer only stops on loading screens. But there is no rule that you have to watch every cutscene.

Is Ruthless dead content now that we have Lethal? Curious to hear others opinions.

To my knowledge there is not a discord for speedrunning this game.

Watched the video. Very interesting to see the movement variations. I know there is some combat knife stuff you can do as well though I'm not sure how it times against these other movement options.

For the first post regarding the categories when it comes to the full game Operation runs I would also throw in there if you are going to wanna have timer running when moving around on the barge. I'm personally fine with timer running on the battle barge but understand for no timer on the barge.

For the solo missions, I would recommend doing it on fade out when the mission ends not the victory screen.

Also you would need to add difficulty sub categories for Operations. They are not the same as the Campaign ones.
