go to %appdata%\Godot\app_userdata\Cruelty Squad
go to (or make one if it doesnt exist for some reason) mods folder and drag the oldfalldmg folder in there from the zip file
and it should work

yes and im pretty sure you already get all the achievements whilst 100%'ing the game
dudeguy's strat has potential but i think this one is probably the fastest as you dont have to stop and spend <~200ms to shoot a dart just to get about the same speed as you would by just biothrusthing out the door and maintaining your speed
i think a pretty cool category to be added would be like something nodmg trauma% or something similar basically just beat the game without taking any damage (fall dmg, getting shot by something etc.)
