The bug is easier at a low fps. I turned up all the graphics settings and got it to like 15 fps. also going into slow motion helps with clipping through the floor. I think with some more practice I can beat the Alaska record by a lot.
I went through frame by frame and think i understand, you throw the box a few frames before jumping of the edge, the box ends up under you because you threw it before jumping off, then you do a box jump grab midair before hitting the spikes. i think if you threw the box immediately after picking it up midair and used all the coyote time you can before jumping you would end up above the box again, and would be able to do another jump.

If you cross your arms, and use your left hand on the arrow keys, I find it easier to spam spacebar right after you restart.
also how tf do you have so many records it took me like 5 hours each to beat you on 13 and 9
